QUICK BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
6 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. uncooked orzo
1 1/2 c. frozen peas, carrots and corn vegetable blend

Sauté beef with onion and garlic until brown; drain fat. Puree tomatoes with juice in blender. Add with water and bouillon cubes to pan. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Add orzo and vegetables and simmer 15 minutes.
