COUNTRY PIE 
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/4 lbs. ground round
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine the first 7 ingredients and press in pan as pie crust.

Make a filling of the rice, water, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup cheese and salt. Pour over crust. Cover with foil and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
