COUNTRY PIE 
3/4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 1/4 lb. very lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well with fork. Pat the meat mixture gently into bottom and sides of 9 inch glass pie plate.

FILLING:

1 1/3 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 3/4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
