SEVEN TIMES ONE CHILI AND BEANS 
1 lb. Healthy Choice ground beef or fresh ground turkey breast
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1 lg. can whole skinless tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can Bush's chili beans
1 pkg. French's chili o powder (regular or Texas)

Dry fry meat in non-stick fry pan until crumbled and brown. Add chopped onions and peppers; saute until clear. Chop tomatoes in blender (do not puree) to break into small chunks. Mix all ingredients into crock pot and cook for several hours at least at low heat. The longer the better.
