GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sour cream
3 (1 lb.) cans French style green beans
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Paprika

In an electric skillet, saute onions in butter until lightly browned. Add flour, blend in well. Add sour cream and heat over low heat, stirring until well mixed and thickened slightly. Drain beans and add to sauce. Stir in salt and pepper. Turn mixture into a 10" square baking dish or leave in electric skillet. Sprinkle top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or heat over medium-low heat in covered skillet until bubbly throughout. Serves 8.
