PEA-NUT SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
6 slices (thick) crisp crumbled bacon
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. coarsely chopped cashews, or almonds
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients (except nuts) ahead and chill. Add nuts just before serving.
