CHICKEN PIE 
Cook chicken and bone. Add 1 1/2 cups broth to 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Mix and spread over chicken which has been placed in bottom of baking dish.

CRUST:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 sticks butter, room temperature
3 c. self rising flour

Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add flour a little at a time. Roll and cut in small biscuits. Prick with fork. Place on top of chicken mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until brown and bubbly.
