CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick melted butter
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Pie shell

Mix sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Add butter, eggs, vanilla. Slowly add milk. Stir until mixed. Pour in pie shell, bake 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
