CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE | |
1 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted 2 eggs 10 tbsp. evaporated milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell Whipped cream Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix sugar, cocoa powder and butter in medium bowl. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into pie shell. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, 35-45 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream. 6-8 servings. |
