CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 eggs
10 tbsp. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Whipped cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, cocoa powder, and butter in medium bowl. Add eggs and beat well. Blend in milk, vanilla, and salt. Pour into pie shell. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean (center will look soft), 35 to 40 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream. 6 to 8 servings.
