1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix first 3 ingredients; add next 3 ingredients. Melt and add butter. Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven, 1 hour. Top with whipped egg whites and brown.
