CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornmeal
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

Mix sugar, cornmeal and cocoa in a bowl. Add eggs, butter, corn syrup and vanilla and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
