HOT BROWNS 
1 c. turkey breast (cooked and chunked)
1/2 c. ham (cooked - optional)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices bread
1/2 lb. bacon

Cook bacon - drain - set aside.

Toast bread. Place toast in a non-stick baking pan. Layer with ham and turkey.

Melt butter on low heat. Add flour, whisk until blended. Add milk and increase heat until it boils. Stir constantly. Reduce heat, keep on medium-medium low until mixture thickens. Keep stirring. Add 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Stir until blended. Pour over toast and meat. Add bacon to each slice of toast. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (until cheese melts).
