ISIS'S SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALL SOUP | |
1 (15 oz. jar) pizza sauce 8 oz. (or 24) cocktail-sized meatballs (frozen or make your own) 1 onion, chopped 3 cans chicken broth 1 can diced tomatoes with spices 2 c. frozen mixed veggies 6 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into little pieces In large pot, lightly sprayed w/ cooking spray, cook onion until light brown. Add chicken broth, tomatoes with juice, and veggies. Bring to boil, reduce heat, add spaghetti and meatballs. Bring back to boiling, reduce heat, simmer until thoroughly heated through, about 10-15 minutes. Tip: Break a couple of the meatballs into little pieces, set aside and use as garnish.
