CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip or Le Creme whipped topping
Whole graham crackers

Beat 2 packages pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Add 9 ounce whipped topping to pudding. Line 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Cover with half the pudding. Follow with layer of graham crackers, add other half of pudding. Final layer of graham crackers.

ICING:

4 tbsp. melted butter
2 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. hot water
2 tbsp. light Karo syrup
