ORIENTAL PEPPERED BEEF 
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 sm. minced cloves garlic
2 tsp. powdered ginger
4 lbs. beef round
4 lg. julienned green peppers
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. water
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Chinese bean molasses
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cans Chinese vegetables
1 c. water
1/3 c. corn starch
3 lg. tomatoes
1/2 c. cashews

Heat oil, garlic, and ginger together in a skillet. Add meat; cook over high for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove meat. Add meat, Chinese vegetables, soy sauce, peppers in a bowl. In skillet, add molasses, mix. Now add the items in the bowl. Add cornstarch that has been mixed with water until the sauce it thick and clear. Now add tomatoes and cashews, cook one minute longer, serve over hot rice. To freeze: Omit tomatoes and cashews, then freeze.
