BILL'S CHILI | |
5 tbsp. chili powder 3 tsp. cumin 1/2 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper 2 tbsp. onion 1 1/2 tbsp. flour (after 1 1/2 hours) 2 tsp. garlic 2 lbs. ground beef 1 can pinto beans 8 oz. tomato sauce 8 oz. water Saute garlic and onion; add meat and saute until brown. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, paprika, oregano, red pepper. Add tomato sauce and water; simmer 1 1/2 hours. Skim off grease. Mix flour and water; add to pot. Add beans. Cook 1/2 hour and remove. |
