ORANGE-BLUEBERRY MUFFINS | |
1 (13 oz.) pkg. blueberry muffin mix 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/3 c. frozen orange juice, thawed 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water Combine all ingredients in bowl, mix well. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Yields: 12 muffins. |
