6 - WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Prepare muffin tins and fill 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 8 dozen. Batter can be kept in refrigerator 6 weeks.
