BECKY'S PAN CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken, cut into thin strips 1 inch thick
Pam
Meat tenderizer
Seasoned salt

Use a frying pan; spray it with Pam. Heat the pan on medium heat. Get it really hot, but not so hot it will burn the chicken. While the pan is heating, sprinkle the chicken with meat tenderizer and seasoned salt. When pan is hot, put chicken in and cook until golden brown. Salt and turn, cooking other side the same. This shouldn't take any longer than 8 minutes, unless chicken is very thick. Can also be cooked with pepper, onion or any other vegetable mix. Serve over rice or pasta.
