GREEN PEA SALAD 
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. onion, grated
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, unthawed
1 c. (about 1/4 lbs.) Swiss or Cheddar cheese strips
Salt and pepper
2 c. lettuce, bite size pieces
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix first 6 ingredients together and refrigerate for 24 hours. Before serving, add lettuce and bacon mixing thoroughly. Serves 5.
