GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can field peas
1 can green peas (LeSeuer)

Drain juices from above; rinse field peas.

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper

MARINATE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
