2 cans LeSueur small tiny peas, drained
4 hard boiled eggs
Sm. onion, chopped finely
6 strips crispy bacon, crumbled
Mayonnaise, to hold together

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Can add finely grated carrots for color.
