CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 cans whole chilies, drained
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated (or combination of Jack and Cheddar)
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick

Mix eggs, milk and Bisquick together. Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with the chiles. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg batter over top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
