FLUFFY UNCOOKED FROSTING | |
1 egg white, thoroughly chilled 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. boiling water Combine egg white, sugar and cream of tartar in large bowl, add boiling water. Begin at once to beat with mixer. Continue beating until thick and fluffy. Mixture should stand in peaks. Add vanilla. Frosts a two layer cake. |
