COCONUT CREAM EGGS - FILLING 
7 oz. coconut, fresh
4 oz. marshmallow creme
2 lb. 10X sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Mix all together and form into egg shapes and place on waxed paper on cookie sheet. Cool until stiff overnight in refrigerator. Then dip each in melted chocolate. (See recipe for directions on melting chocolate.)
