FRESH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS OR CAKE 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Makes 10 to 12 muffins. Mix dry ingredients. Add blueberries to coat. Beat eggs. Add milk and butter. Add blueberry-flour mixture. Blend well. Fill tins 2/3 full. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes for muffins. Bake 9 inch cake 30 to 35 minutes.
