STRAWBERRIES & CREAM PIE 
15 oz. ready pie crust
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
1 tbsp. shortening
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 c. fresh strawberries

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Prepare pie crust as directed for unfilled, 1 crust pie. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and almond extract. Blend well. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon in cooled pie crust. Arrange strawberries pointed side up over filling. Chill.

In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening, stirring constantly until smooth. Drizzle over strawberries. Chill until set.
