MARCIA'S SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
6 cooked chicken breasts
1/3 c. pineapple juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Juice of clove or garlic
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 green pepper cubed
1/3 c. water
1 c. drained pineapple chunks
A few cut up cherries

Cook chicken. Mix sugar, catsup, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic juice and add corn starch dissolved in 1/3 cup water. Heat in sauce pan until thick. Just before serving, add chunks of chicken, pineapple, cherries and green pepper. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
