STIR FRY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. cold water
2 tsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 med. onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 whole chicken breast
1 green pepper

Mix water, corn starch, ginger root, and soy sauce and set aside. Heat oil in uncovered wok at 375 degrees. Add onions and garlic. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add chicken and green pepper. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Stir corn starch mixture and add to wok. Cook until sauce thickens.
