CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked chicken (skinned and deboned)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 med. onion, diced (saute if desired)
1 can French style green beans (drained)
1 med. jar pimento
1 c. mayonnaise
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice (cooked)

Mix all ingredients, place in casserole dish. Cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes. May be divided in 2 dishes. Freezes real well and cook later.
