HOT CRANBERRY-WINE CIDER TODDY | |
3 c. cranberry juice cocktail 1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/8 tsp. almond extract 1 c. Zinfandel wine Thin orange slices, optional In a 2-quart pan over medium heat, mix cranberry juice, orange juice concentrate, sugar, extract, and wine. Cook uncovered until hot (about 6-7 minutes). Pour cider into mugs; garnish with orange slices. Makes approximately 4-5 servings (6 ounces each). |
