EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. finely chopped salted peanuts
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) jar chunk peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In heavy 2 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter, and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir vigorously until melted and blended.

Turn into pan. Sprinkle peanuts over top and press into fudge (gently). Make in squares; cut when cold. Makes 2 pounds.
