2 c. sugar 1 c. peanut butter chips 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 stick butter 12 reg. size marshmallows Cook in pan, stirring constantly until FULL boil. Boil 5-7 minutes. Pour in waxed paper lined pan and cool. Cut. For chocolate fudge substitute chocolate chips. | |

I just made this recipe, and I must say it is some of the best peanut butter fudge I have ever had! It is so easy, and smooth and creamy(which is the way I like it, I don't like the grainy kind). I substituted 1 cup of peanut butter for the peanut butter chips (because I didn't have any).
