EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 whole chicken breasts, cooked
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Put broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with sliced deboned chicken. Mix together soup, wine, and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken, dot with butter, cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and cayenne pepper. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
