LITTLE LEAGUE HAMBURGERS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/3 c. quick rolled oats
2/3 c. catsup
2/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 hamburger buns
6 sq. slices Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except last 2; mix well. Split buns in half; spread each half completely with about 1/2 cup beef mixture. Place meat side up on cookie sheet or broiler pan; broil 10 to 12 minutes or until edges of beef mixture are brown.

Cut each slice of cheese in 4 strips, then crosswise to make 8 strips. Arrange 4 strips on hamburger to form an open diamond in center; broil until cheese is melted, about 1 minute. Serve hot. Yield: 12 servings.
