SAUCY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. beef
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, cut into pieces
1/2 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

In large bowl combine beef, cheese, bread, milk and egg. Form 20 meatballs. Brown meatballs in oil, drain fat. Sprinkle flour over meatballs. Mix tomatoes, 57 Sauce and salt. Pour over meatballs, simmer, uncovered 20 minutes. Serve over noodles.
