SAUCY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
28 oz. tomatoes
1/3 - 1/2 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Shape first 5 ingredients into meatballs; brown. Sprinkle with flour; stir. Combine tomatoes (cut into bite size pieces), Heinz 57 Sauce and salt. Pour over meatballs. Simmer 25 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve over noodles.
