MICROWAVE JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. smoked sausage (beef or turkey), sliced
1 stick butter
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth
2 c. raw rice
2 soup cans water

Boil sausage about 10 minutes and drain. Melt butter in 2 1/2 or 3-quart microwave dish. Add soup, broth, rice, and water. Add sausage and mix well. Cover and microwave about 40 minutes at full power. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
