GARLIC CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. peanut oil
Soy sauce to taste
1 clove garlic
Chicken, cut in sm. pieces (breast)
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms

Heat peanut oil and soy sauce. Crush 1 clove garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken breast. Cook until almost done. Add water chestnuts and mushrooms. To thicken juice add cornstarch and water. Serve over rice.

Note: Cook in wok.
