GARLIC CHICKEN 
5 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1 c. chicken meat, cut in strips
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 c. napa cabbage, chopped
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. fish sauce
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. cornstarch
Few drops sesame oil
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 green onion, cut into 2 inch pieces

Put 1 teaspoon oil in fry pan and saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add chicken; saute until half cooked, then add mushrooms and napa cabbage, mix well with chicken. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and hot pepper flakes. Add chicken broth, mix well again then add a few drops of sesame oil. Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 1 teaspoon water to the garlic chicken mixture, let come to a boil to thicken. Serve over steamed rice immediately.
