MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. pkg. macaroni
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole. Prepare macaroni according to directions. Drain and layer with cheese and onion. Repeat layers. Combine egg, milk and salt and pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
