PEACH FILLING (OSZIBARACK
TOLTELEK)
 
6 c. peaches, scalded and peeled
6 c. sugar
1/2 lemon
1/2 orange

Grind up all the fruit and put in a heavy baking pan and put in the oven at the lowest heat. Stir well every hour. After 1 day add the sugar and stir well. Let sit overnight and the next day stir up again and put back in the oven until it stands in peaks. Remember to stir often because it will stick. Put in jelly jars and cover with wax. It will be good for baking and eating.
