OVEN MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly, but thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch baking pan. Brown in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25-30 minutes. Divide meatballs into 4 portions. Wrap 3 portions separately in foil and freeze. Serve remaining meatballs in barbecue sauce or spaghetti.
