SKILLET MACARONI BEEF 
1 1/2 ground round
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle of sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tomato sauce can of water
2 c. macaroni, cooked (elbow works good)

Frizzle meat and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain off grease; add bell pepper, salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce and the water and simmer until the bell pepper is soft. Add macaroni and simmer until for seasoning to blend into macaroni.
