HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
