HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 bag defrosted hash browns
1 pkg. shredded sharp cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. butter

Combine ingredients in baking dish. Cover with corn flakes and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
