MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheese to your liken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. green chilies
1 med. onion
1 pkg. longhorn cheese
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Brown meat, then add soups, onions, chilies, and salt and black pepper to taste. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Put tortillas chips in layers in casserole pan. Pour mixture over chips and sprinkle cheese. Do this until mixture is all in the pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. This is very good served with salad.
