MEXICAN PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 sm. onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can ranch style beans (drained) 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes 10 to 12 flour tortillas 10 to 12 slices Velveeta Brown meat and onion. Drain fat. Mix together meat mixture, soup, beans and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Line pan with tortillas to form a crust. Spoon in 1/2 of meat mixture. Cover with 1/2 cheese slices. Repeat and finish with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more or until cheese melts. |
