MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can refried beans
1 can Spanish rice or plain rice
1 lb. ground meat (beef)
2 c. grated cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can chili
Tortilla chips

Brown meat in skillet. In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together. Layer of chips, layer of mixture, top with cheese. Melt in oven.
